Surya Shakti Foundation is a, not-for-profit organization in India, Works for ‘The Rural development and Sanitation projects and its exemplary work in the field of ageing, relief efforts work during the Covid 19 pandemic and recognition of the organization’s outstanding contribution to population issues and efforts in the realization of older persons rights in India.
Arun Basra, a Delhi based Sociologist has a good community based research experience for 15 years in India, especially in the rural area. After discovering the problems of people in remote and rural areas of India and traveling to many parts of the world, such as Japan, U.S.A., U. K. and Europe, he decided to enter in the field of Renewable Energy. His mission is to “provide better products at an affordable price to the common man in India and all over the world”.

Surya Shakti Foundation, is working as an implementing partners for many Corporate’s , in the field of Rural Development .
We implements projects for them , with our expertise in the field of Sustainable development .

SOLAR PROJECTS
We are working on Rural development projects , providing Solar street lights , solar home light systems , solar reading lamps to rural population .
Through Solar power we not only helps in providing electricity to rural part but also raising awareness to rural population about the benefits of using Non-conventional source of energy .

WATER & SANITATION PROJECT
Surya Shakti Foundation is working very hard in this field .We are helping rural India in providing clean drinking water.We are providing awareness about sanitation in rural part .We are working on Bio-digested toilets for Rural India .

HELPING DISABLED AND ORPHANAGE KIDS
We provide education to students who are differently able. Their program includes Vocational Skill , Home Skills. Self Help program
We are providing mid day meals to child care centers with help of Corporate support.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Surya Shakti Foundation works on youth empowerment for unemployed and economically backward students, we provide vocational training to the the youth and helps them in getting jobs and setting up their own startups.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Surya Shakti Foundation not-for-profit organisation works immensely in the field of women empowerment and girls.
We provide training to women and helping them in establishing small startups in their own regions.
Impact Stories
Manoj kumar started his own small startup in the filed of renewable energy in Bihar .
Manoj kumar residing in Bihar Sitamarhi attended our work shop on renewable energy start up business , and he is now successfully running his own business and providing employment to the local people.
A Brighter Future — For Ugandan 's Children
Surya Shakti Foundation jointly with local Ugandan NGO’s is working for Orphanage kids and underprivileged people.We help them in providing Good mid Day meals , solar school bags , so that they can even read in night with the help of Led bulb provided to them with the solar powered Bag kit.
